Release Heal Renew private sessions have been created to provide you with an opportunity to release the build up of stress, chronic tension and trauma trapped in your body and to help you create changes that will enable and inspire you to live a more balanced, productive and healthier life. Sessions vary in nature and cater for individuals, professionals and trauma survivors.

The Impact of Trauma and the Role of Trauma Release Sessions
The effects of trauma can be profoundly debilitating. Long after a traumatic event has passed, the body may remain locked in a persistent fight, flight, freeze, or fawn response. This dysregulation of the nervous system can manifest in a wide range of physical and psychological symptoms, including tension headaches, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anger, rage, irritable bowel syndrome, and difficulties in interpersonal relationships.
Trauma Release sessions have been specifically designed with these realities in mind. They provide a safe and supportive space for individuals navigating trauma-related symptoms and triggers, offering a natural, holistic approach aimed at gently releasing residual trauma and restoring equilibrium to both body and mind.
Each session begins by guiding you through Trauma Release Exercises® (TRE), alongside breathwork, Vagus nerve stimulation, and self-regulation techniques. These evidence-informed practices assist in soothing an overactive nervous system, supporting the return to a calmer, more balanced, and regulated internal state.
Once the nervous system is no longer in a heightened state of reactivity, we begin to explore the deeper roots of your symptoms—examining underlying challenges, identifying behaviours or patterns that perpetuate distress, and discovering constructive pathways toward resolution and healing.
Trauma coaching is a compassionate, forward-focused process. It does not dwell on the helplessness of the past, but instead empowers you to cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and personal growth. You can expect to be met in a warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental environment, where your experience is held with care and understanding. The ultimate aim is to support your journey from post-traumatic stress to post-traumatic growth.
Fees and Booking
The current fee is R1200 per one-hour session, payable in advance via electronic bank transfer unless otherwise arranged. You are welcome to book as many sessions as you feel necessary, at your own pace.
LIFE COACHING SESSIONS

Life coaching sessions are designed to support you through periods of personal or professional change. They aim to help you uncover the core of the issues you are exploring, while equipping you with thoughtful questions, practical tools, and essential skills to gain clarity and move towards achieving your desired outcomes.
We begin with a review of your current circumstances, which also allows us to get to know one another. Should we mutually decide to proceed, we will agree on a commitment—typically an initial series of six sessions—after which further sessions may be arranged by mutual agreement. You are welcome to book as many sessions as you feel are needed.

The current fee is R1200 per one-hour session, payable in advance via electronic bank transfer, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon.
