Life coaching sessions are designed to help you identify and move towards the changes you want to create in your personal or professional life. The main aim is to assist you to discover what is meaningful to you, what is holding you back, where you would like to be, and to help you become inspired to take actions that lead to desired change and living a life of balance, productivity and fulfillment.

Cancellation Policy

Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. If for any reason you cancel the session less than 24 hours prior, you will be liable for a full fee and no refunds will be issued.
